Other - city responsibility excessive noise and zoning violations

Anthony's Oceanview is restricted, by the conditions in their Planned Development District, to have outdoor amplification (speakers), to have any commercial operation on the beach (serving drinks and food) and seperate events booked in the Garden Area. These restrictions are on file at the office of zoning enforcement and none of them are being enforced. We all notice that the noise and trash in our neighborhood is increasing and we need the city the apply the 'Rules of Operation" as created by the New Haven Board of Aldermen when it approved the PDD. Please remind the owner of the violations and the need to stop now!
